I switch my plan from postpaid to prepaid and it was take two days to activate as well as the store charge me extra to reactivate the plan again with a same number that I have .
Came to this location prior to closing and got refused service because “employee named Emmanuel states we are closing in 10 minutes so I can’t proceed with your upgrade”. If you can’t do work and represent the company with integrity. Give another person who needs the job the opportunity.
Low energy, lack of customer service. Found myself explaining their own policies as well lol. I usually prefer in store experiences over the business team on the phone but safe to say it’s not worth the trip unless there’s no other option.

Last week I visited the Telus Retail location in the Heartland Town Centre. I was fortunate enough to be paired up with Sam the Sales Rep working that day in the store. Sam was not only crazy knowledgeable, but he offered me some significant savings over my current monthly billing. However it did not end there, Sam provided me his personal phone number and insisted if i ever needed anything in the future to call him directly!
