I had an excellent experience at the TELUS store thanks to Shan Muhammad's outstanding customer service. He helped us port our phone numbers from Fido and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He spent over three hours making sure everything was done correctly and that we were fully set up before leaving. Truly went above and beyond!
If it were up to me, this company would get zero stars. Horrible experience from start to finish. After cancelling our service, they made it extremely difficult just to pay the final bill. Calls kept dropping, and every time we called back we were put on hold for over an hour. To make things worse, they added charges for long-distance calls to Trinidad, which makes absolutely no sense. We’ve never been there and don’t have family or contacts there. Inaccurate billing, terrible customer service, and no accountability. I would never recommend this provider to anyone.
Huzaifa was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked us through the entire process and was a delight to work with. We will be loyal Telus customers because of his service.

Worsttttt service. I got scammed and the guy works there lied to us to sold us 4 lines and get a credit for. He made us think that would be the best solution but he was scamming me and my dad. I ended up paying 400 dollars for a service I haven’t used or enjoyed . Horrible store with horrible service
