I recently took my vehicle to Zen Auto Repair and Sales in Mississauga for a safety certification. They requested the model and mileage details upfront via message, which I provided fully, and confirmed in that same message that the cost was $80—then asked me to come in immediately. I drove 30 minutes to the location, asked Paul that I am here as per their conversation, and then he kept me wait 45 minutes before he approached me, suddenly quoting $120 + tax due to "high mileage" and other excuses. When I showed him the exact message where he himself had asked for the model and mileage details and confirmed the $80 price (ss attached) —which I had already provided—he brushed it off, bragging that the offer was from November and they're not honoring it—pure nonsense, as it felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Avoid this place if you value transparency; their upselling tactics wasted almost 2 hours of my time (30 min drive there + 45 min wait + 30 min drive back) and trust. 1/5 stars.

I called in late in the evening, close to closing time, after coming all the way from Georgetown. They still welcomed me and helped solve my problem quickly. The service was affordable, genuine, and honest.
I brought my car in for a safety inspection and everything passed. When reinstalling my wheel, one of the bolts broke while the mechanic was tightening it. The bolt was intact before they touched it and came off without issue, so the break happened entirely in their hands. Instead of taking responsibility, they made me pay for the replacement. Very disappointing to be charged for damage caused during their own work. I won’t be returning and would caution others to ask about accountability before agreeing to service.
I went to Zee Auto Care on a long weekend not expecting much since most places would’ve been closed or turning customers away. But these guys went above and beyond — they still took the time to change my compressor and repair my AC right then and there. Super professional, quick. Big thanks to the team for helping me out. Definitely recommend!
They sell salvaged and rebuilt title cars. If you're purchasing a car that is 5 to 10 years old, be sure to have it thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic.
