The best maintenance shop that I have ever utilized. They only do what you ask but will recommend other work if they believe it is necessary. They sometimes add services and don’t even charge for them.

I have been a loyal customer because of the friendly, superior service and advice I get. Every employee, up to Ken, the owner, are fantastic. They also look after my safety and money as if I were family.
I came in with my girlfriend, as her car had a slow leak in the left rear tire. Came in about 4:15 and left a half hour later all fixed up. They do close at 5. While there we checked the oil- change price and we will be back!
Great shop, convenient to the QEW/427 and Dixie GO. I started going to McDonald's Service center initially for emissions and safeties as it is right near Service Ontario at Dixie and Dundas. The team here is great, I can usually get an appointment within a few days and the work is always top notch. At the moment McDonald's take care of my families 2 vehicles, 3 of my siblings as well as my parents. Overall we are quite happy and would recommend it as an honest and efficient mechanic garage.
