I’ve only had a few experiences with ErinWood Ford’s service department so far, but every time has been great—thanks in large part to Gillian. She’s just been consistently excellent. Super friendly, honest, and always makes sure I’m only getting what I actually need. No pressure, no upselling—just solid service done right. Gillian really sets the bar high. Because of her, I’ll be bringing my car back here for all its service needs. She’s made the whole experience easy and trustworthy. Just fabulous!
I would like to start with the parts department being great at what they do. also, Pete Jolly in service was great to deal with he was able to explain everything I needed for my vehicle. Definitely going to continue dealing with them.

The refueling port of my car will block the refueling gun in every few seconds. The car was sent to this server twice and problem still exists. In the second repair, the employees even failed to detect the problem and insisted that my car was fine. What’s worse, staffs then dare to slandered that I just wanted to make them fill in some gas for me for free. I was very angry, humiliated, but they are so confident with themselves that I can't even get my car repaired. so I hurried to another ford (Etobicoke). Finally it was really repaired there. Refilling port blocks only when gas is full. This server is not only poor in repairing skills but also customer service
