Called to inquire about a wheel alignment for my son's Kia Soul. Jonathan scheduled me in for that same morning. Got to the shop for my appointment right on time and they took my car in right away. Alignment and test drive where done and I was out the door in less than an hour. Price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend Ontario Auto Repair.
I had a terrible experience with Ontario Auto Repair in Mississauga on December 8, 2024. My Nissan Sentra was taken to have an alignment performed and they rotated the tire. However, the next day, I noticed distracting noises from the rear end tires. Then I tried to complain directly, but customer service lady assured me that the noise was normal and would be resolved in 3-4 days’ time. By then, I noticed there was just too much noise and vibration for me to ignore, so I took it to the Nissan dealer, and they said the alignment was done incorrectly, and that driving in that condition with the frayed threads was a hazard and unsafe. Today, I went to Costco and their technician further assured me that it was the initial technician (at Ontario Auto Repair) that was at fault. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AUTO REPAIR!

Excellent service. Honest and hardworking people (Daniel and Izzer) . It was my pearl white camry's first time there for a 4 wheel alignment. They quoted me $80. I also asked them to swap front two tires for which they quoted me $40. They took their time and took the car in and out for as many times as required to get the job done. On top of that, they reduced the tire swap price to $30 when they realized tires were on rims already. I am very satisfied and Impressed. I will definitely recommend them to others.
My long time (25yrs) mechanic retired and I asked for a recommendation. I trusted that he wouldn’t steer me wrong, he never hesitated when he gave me Daniel’s name (he had coop’d with hm and had recently purchased this shop. I have been impressed with his honesty and I am quickly getting to trust him as much as my previous mechanic. Give him an opportunity to impress you.
Great mechanic! As a female who has always feels like a mechanic is ripping me off i would have to say that i did not feel that way coming here. Daniel took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my car and helped me understand where my money was going. Great price and customer service. I will 100% be coming back.
