I dealt with Dax, he is knowledgeable and professional. We text him early in morning showing our interest in a particular vehicle and arrived there 8 AM, he has the vehicle already brought in front ready for viewing and test drive. He answered all questions. We finalized the purchase, he delivered the vehicle as promised with smile. Great experience.
Recently I gave my car for service due to engine light on in this location. After first time service within 2 days engine light on and again gave for service. This time they did some smoke test and changes few things and gave back . Then within 2 days engine light is on and they said to do carbon cleaning. Again 4 th time engine light is on . They don’t know to diagnose properly and giving customer every time some different problem and providing huge bills. Service in this location is not good. Could have provided zero
I am writing to bring to your attention a negative experience I had with one of your sales staff, who I believe was named Kayla. During my phone call today,I had the misfortune of encountering Kayla, who displayed rude behavior and poor customer service. Kayla was unresponsive to my questions and seemed disinterested in helping me with my purchase. Her tone was condescending, and she made me feel unwelcome to make a purchase.Her lack of professionalism and respect was deeply disappointing and has made me hesitant to come to your dealership. I believe that customer service is essential in any retail business, and it is concerning to see such behavior from one of your employees. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures.
Appointment at 10:30 for a 20 minute diagnostic. Was told 2 hours, which in and of itself is RIDICULOUS. Car not ready till after 3:30 (= 5 HOURS!!!) What more do I need to say? Plenty of other places to have my Audi serviced. I will never be back.
I paid for a whole diagnostic, very expensive .The bill says they inspected the car , walking around it. They dont change whippers neither as other places do.
Lack of professionalism compared to other Audi dealerships in the GTA. The sales associate did not introduce himself to all the family members (potential customers). When the other family member(s) introduced himself to the sales associate, he unprofessionally responded with "ok." The sales associate's communication skills were also a tad unrefined. He keeps responding to my questions with "hmm" instead of with respect, "sorry did not hear your question," or "I beg your pardon." Also, the sales associate's initial comments regarding the trade-in were calculatingly deceiving. However, the sales manager was professionally brief with his collaboration in the process. The outcome was that we did not buy the car with Audi Mississauga. Our business went to Audi Uptown. They were transparent during the entire process of selling the Audi A4. Their communication skills were very professional and respectful.
