Friendly staff and good service. My appointment for getting my winter tires was at 10AM, I was told it would be around two hours - everything was done in 1.5 hours. I would recommend Active Green+Ross at the Mavis location for tires.
I noted uneven tread wear on my front Summer tires and asked this shop to inspect my alignment. They found (and sent video proof) that my ball join/tie rods were severely unstable and repaired them the same day. I was very pleased with their work.
Excellent work. I went in for new tires, got a very good quote and went ahead. I decided because the truck was going to be up on the lift anyway for them to take a look at a couple of things of concern. They took care of what I needed with no pressure tactics or upsell and at fair prices. I was very impressed and I’m taking my vehicle there for regular maintenance and repairs from now on.

I called in on a Saturday and Luka was able to fit me in, same day to change my breaks. Turns out my tires also were really worn and he was really good at getting best pricing for me and got everthing done all at once. I will be coming back for sure! My car is driving and breaking smoothly again thank you!!
First Visit - Excellent Experience Location: 735 Dundas St.West. This was my first time using this car service, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service manager, Vic, was calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. I left feeling confident in the work done on my vehicle. Highly recommend!
