This café is one of those rare places where you instantly feel at home. The large arched window overlooking the street gives the space a warm, almost cinematic atmosphere — sunlight during the day, and soft reflections of city lights in the evening. It’s the kind of place where time slows down in the best possible way. Highly recommended
Kate’s Bakery is a great place to chillax. The atmosphere & Ambiance in Bakery is high class and being a coffee lover I must say coffee is fantastic . Saying hi Hello to customers right when they get in Really matters it’s a great place awesome.
The butter tarts are really good. Theirs are chewy and not runny at all. The crust is perfect and the filling is not too sweet. My favourite is the plain.

What a find. First time for me and a friend to meet up for a coffee. Small, cozy, delicious cookies and other treats. Just a wonderful atmosphere, and I'm sure a favorite among the locals. Left with cookies in hand and can't wait to visit again.
Just WOW. I've lived close to Kate's Bakery for years now and the fact today was my first time visiting I've been absolutely missing out. I got an egg salad sandwich (amazing, also huge portion for the price), a couple of butter tarts, cookies and an iced chai latte. Can confirm these cookies and tarts are nothing like I've ever had in my life. And the drink? Beyond anything I've ever had at a chain like Starbucks. The staff member who made my drink was new but you could easily tell she wanted to make it absolutely perfect for me (which she did - thank you again!). Honestly I wish I took a photo to show in this review but they were gone within minutes of the first bite. Such an amazing gem in Streetsville and the prices? For the quality of food and drinks I'm shocked - so affordable. If you go to Kate's trust me you'll end up becoming a regular because it's THAT good. Thank you Kate's for providing amazing service, food, baked goods and drinks. I'm already excited for my next visit :)
Best butter tarts anywhere. I have traveled to MANY places that are famous for their butter tarts. This place beats all the others. The treats are chewy and delicious and the crust is buttery and light.
