Grabbed a cheesecake from HACHIGO after lunch with friends — wow, it’s so light and fluffy! Not too sweet, super fresh, and perfect with a cup of tea. Everyone loved it. Will definitely come back!
Probably the worst bubble tea I've had. They charged us extra for the boba, which is okay. But they actually served it with jelly. When we asked about it, they said our boba is jelly. BOBA IS TAPIOCA. ITS NEVER JELLY. The tea itself was extremely watery. It's very difficult for me to not like bubble tea, but this is definitely the first time!
The food that they serve is not fresh especially the cheesecake and the staff is rude too and has no manners. Bad customer service wouldn't recommend it.

The quality of the cheesecake is very cheap and tasteless. Also, the employee who was taking my order was forced to leave the front counter to shop at the Nike store while I was placing my order. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes because of it. I would not recommend coming here.
I wanted to drop by just to try the GoGo Bits after reading the reviews on Google. I also purchased the cheese cake. This place brings a fresh and lively vibe to Dixie Mall. The owner is very friendly and the service is great! My kids enjoyed the treats I got for them and I think that even the coffee is great for only $1 with purchase of GoGo Bits. If you are shopping at Dixie, you should definitely give this place a try!
I love going here during my breaks off work. I love everything about it, from the moment you see the store to the treats they sell. It's my guilty pleasure being able to eat the GoGoBits and I can't wait to try their cheesecake :)
