I meet 2 girls who works there both of them are really kind, nice and always helpful. perfect customer service and always fresh with vairity of cookies etc love this place .you do not need to wait they are always fast and honest.
The girl at the store this evening was really horrible at customer service. We called ahead and asked to keep aside 1.5lb cream rolls as we were coming from far distance. She said don’t worry we have plenty just come. So she disregarded the request. Then we came an hour later and there was only 10 rolls left which is less then 1.5lbs. Then I asked for 1 cookie and asked if it had pistachios in it, she said yes “a little” and proceeds to put it in my container and contaminates my entire box with a nut my son is allergic too. So now my son can’t have any cream rolls. Upon coming home the rolls were dry snd tasteless. Unfresh and not consumable. I want the owner to call me to discuss this poor experience.
No sit down area, this is just a bakery where you can pick up popular Afghan pastries and desserts. I love the orange jam cake. Everything is priced by the pound and a bit expensive, but it's good stuff to serve guests when you're in a pinch and don't have time to bake (or aren't inclined to baking). Very kind and helpful staff member when I came in.
Basir Azizi Bakery in Mississauga is fantastic! The bread and pastries are always fresh, delicious, and full of authentic flavor. The staff are welcoming and quick to serve, and the shop has a warm, inviting atmosphere. A great place to pick up fresh baked goods — highly recommend this bakery!

I wonder how come the owner is not responding on here to his customer's concerns. Every business owner would reply and fix the concerns of his or her customers. It is unprofessional and taking the guilt by not replying. If you are the owner or the manager reading this, do us a favor and reply. It would look good on you and your business
Wow was on a bike ride today and came across this modern clean new bakery. The staff made excellent recommendations for me. The pastries ,cookies, sweets we got so fresh and delicious. support your local bakery you won’t be disappointed. Came. To the shop again picked up some treats delicious and fresh.
