I got 2 drinks from here, a caramel latte & flat white. Both were really bad, not sure if it was the milk or coffee, it tasted really disgusting. We had to throw away those coffees. Please look into fixing the quality of your drinks, I’ve never had to throw one away before.
Very inconsistent with coffee taste- I always get an iced caramel macchiato and it never tastes the same unless the owner is watching ( owner is great the baristas aren't.) as someone that has 7+ years coffee experience as a barista is concerning how inconsistent it is.
Coming from the bus terminal you’ll see this place with its sign and tasteful decor, clean tables and chairs inviting you in. It has outdoor seating when weather permits with patio umbrellas. Cafes always claim to serve freshly baked goods but here the proof is in the bite and crunchiness of my croissant complementing my cortado served with that heart shaped crema. It is relatively quiet to concentrate on conversation or work on a laptop, but I come here for the fresh croisant and delectable coffee. Come visit when at Square One and hope you’ll be hooked as I am.
I stopped by Sunday morning and ordered a latte and almond croissant for dine-in, the croissant was nice and flaky, and the latte wasn't bad, but my experience was ruined when I overheard what I think was the owners yelling at their employees right behind the counter. I frankly feel uncomfortable to support a business that treats their employees like this.
Love their weekly fresh bread as well as the tarts and pastries. The sandwiches are made with fresh bread and are perfect meal. I do recommend the smoked salmon and their coffee if you’re in the area
I've been coming to the café for a while, it's amazing, good customer service, fresh pastries. Anna is always has a smile on her face, friendly and very kind.
I can't say enough good things about this gem of a café! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance that makes it the perfect spot to unwind. The service here is excellent – every staff member greets you with a genuine smile, adding such a welcoming touch that makes all the difference. The cortado is simply exceptional – rich, smooth, and crafted with such precision that it’s become my go-to coffee! And let me tell you about the almond croissants: they’re fresh out of the oven, buttery, and flaky with the perfect amount of almond filling. It’s hard to find such quality and freshness, and these are hands-down the best I’ve had! I also tried their veggie wrap and freshly made salad – both were fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients that make a healthy lunch feel like a treat. The wrap was packed with vibrant veggies, and the salad was refreshing with just the right amount of crunch and dressing. With top-notch food, great ambiance, and attentive service, this café is a must-visit. Highly recommend stopping by – you won’t be disappointed!
