Finally, I'm posting my review that's been long overdue after being their customer for over a year. Honestly, I would give them 5+ if that's an option. What sets this repair shop apart from the others is their passion towards what they do. Mr. Saif is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest. He listens to the problems intently, takes out the time to diagnose as quickly as possible and offers solutions that are reliable and economical. He is so passionate and enthusiastic that he would take out the time to demonstrate the defects & solutions if you are interested. I've always felt valued as a customer, and returned a bit more knowledgeable after each visit. Mr. Mohammad, too, is very professional and thorough in what he does. I've always had very pleasant experience coordinating with him for repairs and warranty claims. If you love your cars and want mechanics that love your cars, this is the place to go.
Highly recommended! I had an auto emergency on my way to work. Villa Automotives are located close by. Although being already quite busy they received my car without notice, gave a detailed diagnosis and fixed the substantial problem in good time. They did some amazing repairs to my Seadoo RXT-X after I damaged the impeller and housing - they were able to repair the housing and replace the impeller in a timely and cost effective manner.
