Great shop and people. Did few repairs like PDR and bumper repairs and Marko and team never disappointed me with their excellent work and reasonable prices. Highly recommend them.
My Subaru is a crystal white pearl, and I had it brought in to get the bumper and rear doors repainted. Auto magicians went above and beyond, and despite how difficult crystal white is to match, they did a fantastic job, and my car looks good as new
I recently took my ford ranger to auto magicians for some work that consisted of rust repair. I had some rust spots on the drivers side footwell and on the A pillar near the windshield that needed to be fixed. The windshield had to come out to do the work as well as I bought an OEM floor pan so they can cut out the rotted parts and weld in the new pieces on the floor, I tried to make it as easy as possible for them. They finished the job and they did good work overall, took a while but again good work. When I got the truck back there were quite a few issues, to start with my drivers door was pretty misaligned about 1/2” sagging down, I have no idea how this happened and neither does auto magicians apparently. The door didn’t have any work done to it so it doesn’t make sense how this happened, especially being that I spent a couple hours the previous year aligning the door perfectly. Next thing I noticed is the windshield got scratched pretty bad and they installed it like this…. Why would they install a scratched windshield?! Also to note this windshield was only four months old! I mentioned this to Marco (the owner) and he had the windshield replaced for me under his expense which was fair. Also to note I had a tint strip on the top of my windshield and I asked him to reburse me for the cost of it which was $80 and he did reimburse me but when I mentioned this he said “you’re trying to squeeze me for $80 more”. I believe that was unnecessary and rude to say because I was completely in the right to be reimbursed for it and it’s only fair. Also when their glass guy installed the new windshield he did a pretty bad job, misaligned and messy, wouldn’t recommend their glass guy. Lastly I noticed quite a few more small things, they put two dinges in my doors, put a whole bunch of scratches and scuff marks on my truck in the areas they worked around, they put a bunch of scratches in a trim panel, broke another trim panel, put a hole on the side of my drivers seat, got overspray on my dash when they repainted the roof, put a hole on the bedliner on my tailgate by drilling because they used it as a work platform and got a bunch of rust and dirt in the bed of my truck and left the interior pretty dirty. In the end I never mentioned any of these small issues expect the windshield as stated because I am fed up with them and I didn't want them touching my truck again and messing up more. I ended up replacing and fixing all the parts and things that they messed up with my own money and time. I also took apart the interior prior to dropping it off and assembled the interior myself after the job to make it easier for them and they still managed to do all this. This was my first and last time dealing with this body shop, I will never go here again. As I stated earlier they did good work for what they had to do but created many more unnecessary issues in the process. I think they’re too rough and they rush in the process. If you value your vehicle I would not take it here.
Poor paint matching on my rear bumper. It’s like they didn’t even blend it at all. The car rental service (Hertz) they work with and recommend was a bad experience as well. They’ll swear up and down you can return your rental at their shop instead of the rental location at no extra cost, and then they charge you extra for it at a daily rate for some reason.
Incredible PDR( paint-less dent repair) service. Other places were spectacularly expensive, or refused the work complaining about risk of paint damage. The Auto Magicians did a thorough assessment, explained my options, booked my appointment, and gave me coffee for a price less than I expected to pay. Awesome job! Will bring my other vehicles here for PDR work. Highly recommended.
Great work with some issues to be fixed (2022). (fixed 2023) --- I've used Auto Magicians in the past and have recommended the shop to friends and family. Ever since my first visit with Chris at the old shop I had no issues. I recently had collision work done for my vehicle. Although the work in general is good, there are some deficiencies I found and even spoke to Marco about upon delivery.. Marco kept me updated throughout the entire process from drop off to pickup and stands behind all work, agreeing to have me back in the future to fix the deficiencies. --- The shop had a quick turnaround and is by far a much better choice than the typical corporate/factory line option you'd find with CarStar or CSN. Repairs after collisions/accidents will never be perfect, though if you want things to be as best as they can be, look no further and give Auto Magicians a visit. -- Update: my initial experience was bitter sweet, a few discrepancies that should have clearly been taken care of before sign off. Nonetheless, Marco had me back Spring 2023 to fix up the issues, no question. I returned in the Summer for some more work and was happy with the results. If I ever need paint/bodywork done, I'd avoid any of the insurance recommendations and always choose my own shop, that being Auto Magicians. Highly recommend.
I checked a few places out to repair a dent on my fender but felt most comfortable with Auto Magicians. Marco was great, very helpful, listened to my needs and worked out a reasonable quote for me. I was very pleased with the turnaround time and the quality of work. Needless to say, I'm very happy with my decision to go with Auto Magicians and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of repairs or bodywork.
