They are really bad for business do not go there unless you are looking to be lied to about merchandise u buy and be treated like there’s no such thing as customer service.. they tricked me into buying the wrong thing then after I purchased it and realized it was the wrong item he hit me with a 25% fee for return
STAY FAR AWAY All the 1 star reviews are absolutely true and real. They work with Eastgate towing and will trick you into signing a blank work order and will come up with any excuse to make you sign it. You absolutely do not have to sign anything. If you did and want to try and get your car out, the old lady up front will say she's not authorized to cancel the BLANK work order and can't release your vehicle. BUT, suddenly she's able and will happily do so if you pay their absurd made up fee, around $500-$1500 along with $85/DAY STORAGE. People like them are horrible and scammers and are what give bodyshops a bad reputation.
I had my car towed to B&M after a collision on QEW. Between East Gate towing and B&M they made things very simple and smooth for me. The repairs looked really good - I could not spot even a tiny bit of difference with the other side of the car. Everything seems to be working great. Staff was very friendly, responsive and informative. The repairs were done on time. Overall a very positive experience for me.
