Very bad experience. The staff were unprofessional and failed to fix the real problem. They only did what they knew how to do, which was costly and didn’t solve the issue.
Does good honest work. I just needed a mechanic that does work for a reasonable price and not rip me off, so I’m really glad I found this place. I’ve been coming for the past year or so and highly recommend them.
I had an excellent experience at Capital Auto Repairs. I went in for an oil change and a transmission oil change, and unlike other places, they didn’t rush the service & started working on my vehicle within 5 - 10 minutes. The mechanics took their time, worked carefully, and I could actually see them doing the work on my car. They even went above and beyond by adding some missing parts underneath my vehicle at no extra cost. The pricing for the services was very fair, and they were transparent about everything. What impressed me most is that they pointed out mistakes from a previous auto shop (Mr Lube & one more), including a loose bolt that could have caused serious issues. That shows real honesty and care for their customers. Overall, I highly recommend Capital Auto Repairs. Professional, trustworthy, and at amazing prices! I inquired from other auto repairs and other shops were charging me double! At Capital Auto is exactly what you want in an auto shop.
I came here for my car safety check for the driving instructor. The staff was very helpful and quickly fixed my brake issue. The service was completed in a short time, and the price was very reasonable. The brother there provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended for everyone!
Unbelievable! My son bought a used car and brought it here to get certified. Was told the car needed $4,000 in repairs!! Brought it to a different mechanic for a second opinion and was told the car is in great shape, no urgent repairs required. If these jokers tell you your car needs xyz fixed, go get a second opinion!!
Very bad experience. They gave me one price when I dropped off my car, but after the work was done, they raised the price. This is unfair and destroys customer trust.?
I had a valve changed for my engine costing $300 a week ago . I asked for a receipt , they told me if anything they would look at it so no worries. Out of trust , I left without receipt. The next week, engine light lit on and I approached again . They told me another part needs to replaced & cost $400 +. I refused to do it .On top of that they charged me $60 . They are not straight about their cost and charge you every possible way they could . Total waste of time & money . Iam not returning here & recommend find some other trusted place for your vehicles..
