Poor service. I came in with visible coolant leaking and smoke from under the hood. Instead of diagnosing the problem, the mechanic simply topped up the coolant and sent me away. The problem is still there, and it feels like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Very disappointing and a waste of time.
I called a day before to book an appointment for tires replacement and they gave me 8:30 am. I showed up 8:20 and when they opened told me it’s first come first serve. And even I was first, another customer came after me for alignment and they told me they need to do his car first and I have to wait 2-3 hours. I left and I will never come back in this shop.
The staff here were nice and easy to talk to. They told me what it would cost and stuck to it, which I appreciate. The paint repair took a little longer than I thought, but overall they did a solid job. The paint job turned out really good. Great job! And thank you.
I drove 20 km to this shop after calling at 1 PM to book an alignment for 3 PM. When I arrived, they said they didn’t know about my appointment and told me to come tomorrow because they didn’t have time. They also mentioned that the person who answered the phone wasn’t there. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.
My dodge caravan needed an alternator replaced. They charged 269.00 for alternator, manager indixated it will take 3 HOURS at 109.00 per hour to replace. With taxes a total $662.00. They deliberately trumped up additional hours to maximize their profits. Total exploitation and price gouging practices. BE WARNED.

Worst experience. they're very ride to the customers and the employees there. had to go there three times because of the cupon I purchased. No professionalism. They try to make you not come again after they see the cupon.
