Solid work ethic and honesty. They didn’t charge me extra for something they thought would solve it but didn’t end up solving the problem, yet they still did the work. Would 10/10 recommend. The owner, Zubair is also a really knowledgeable guy.
This is my go-to place for tires. They now have a digital wheel balancing machine, which makes the service even better and more precise. Shoutout to Amir and Zubair—very skilled guys who take care of the work properly. Highly recommend!
I came in for an oil change and to fix an issue with my sunroof, and Zubair really took care of me. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the car was running perfectly before I left. The oil change was quick, and the sunroof problem was fully resolved. My ordeal started last year. Came in because my tensioner and serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Spent 4 hours civic holiday weekend of 2024 ( they also didn't tell me it would take 4 hours ) there to find out that the serpentine belt didn't need to be replaced and that the one that came in for order by the mechanic that day was the wrong size. Interesting. The new tensioner was loud and was told it should adjust and quiet down, i was billed for the change of the tensioner. I thought it was odd that it was louder after being changed. 2 days later my car starts to slow down as I'm on the highway and that my A.C. was not working anymore . Caa comes to tow my car and looks under the car, gives me the serpentine belt that has completely snapped. They ( TMS auto ) replace the serpentine belt and tensioner ( again ) at no charge, a.c. was repaired at no charge. Fast forward to today ( may 2025 ) I'm back at my main mechanic because of a rattling noise. Tms auto ( last summer) put on the serpentine belt that was the wrong size for my car and was starting to shred the belt. More time and money wasted on my end. I wonder if it was the first belt that was the wrong size or did they order the wrong size twice in a row? For a.c. I think they're fine, but anything else, go elsewhere. Update October 31st My alternator is damaged, my regular mechanic ( not tms auto ) thinks its issues with the timing belt.
Worse desi worksop in town.Attracts you as very economical and no charge of initial inspection and then reveal you the charges later.They can change the prices and policies anytime and will tell you about it when you have waited long for them to do the work.No care for other people time and money.Specially that guy zubair there extremely rude.He said "no courtesy for long term loyal cusomers".Every time you try to make an appointment he will say its first come first serve and then when you go there or call him for next day even he will say i have many jobs in hand.when there is no work or less work then they are like "yeah you can come and no charge for initial inspection" and when busy all of a sudden the policy changes.Phatatic workshop no courtesy no customer service. After TMS response> First of all no desi workshop charge you for inspection.I have visited a alot of workshops in mississauga brampton and GTA.Secondly we never abused your inspection service and you never mentioned the charge for it before and neither you said that if youll check the car we have to get the car repaired from you only. Can you remind me of any work that you inspected and we didnt gave the work to you. Well now if you charging $40 just for checking the car you should have mentioned this change of policy 2 days back rather then informing me 2 days later when i am just about to come to you for showing the car. Most of the time when you checked the car we gave the repair job to you only and this is not the way you address your customer saying "no courtesy for old loyal cusomers" - Thats what you call customer service!!! Thats not the way Mr. Taj use to do when he was taking care of the workshop.He was quite humble and understanding.Anyways too much dissappointing.God bless you ameen.
These guys are okay. Like other mechanics, you never know what you're gonna get, especially when they're busy. Forget to do certain things. Or they will say they did this, but they actually didn't. Many of you may have positive experiences here. Some of you may have not Just choose your mechanic/tire shop wisely
