The rims that I purchased from this store for my winter tires caused vibration on the highway, and rusted soon after. I replaced them with the rims from Canadian Tire recently, no more vibration.

Our records show you bought steel wheels in 2020. If there was a problem 5 ( FIVE) years later, we would rebalance them for you at no charge. They should be rebalanced after many years of service or perhaps a wheel was bent ( potholes, etc.) You cannot put any blame on us for this matter without the opportunity to investigate why you had vibration.

Went to this shop for an oil change. Looks like the tech who worked on my car to check the air filters(I changed it before bringing it in) could've just asked... Wasn't mad that a mechanic opened up the housing but lol it's a super easy clip on system on my car... This dude literally left the housing open causing the air filter to half fall out.

Went to them for alignment. I have to still keep my steering to the right for the car to go straight. Paid 104.95 + tax. Mark from superior tire came to my rescue and offer help. 5 star for Mike. He diagnosed that may be one of my tires, he went ahead and swapped them for me. Thank you Mike!

I use Superior Tire for my annual tire change and storage. This is a terrific autoshop the staff easy to work with, they know their stuff and their prices are very reasonable. I have no reservations in recommending them.

I don't think I've ever spoken to a person less interested in my business than the woman that answered the phone when I called to see about getting a set of tires for my truck. I get it, it's early, you're tired.
