Terry and his guys are the real deal. Had a fairly major issue on Tuesday. Dropped it off mid-morning. Less than a couple of hours later he called with a diagnosis. The following day, just over 24 hours later, I'm picking up the car and back to normal. Professional, customer service oriented, safety-minded, to-the-point. Great shop.
Came in with major transmission problems and Terry and his team were able to resolve them and have my car back within days. The level of care and service here is unmatched. Terry’s shop is my go to and I would recommend 10/10.
If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would! Terry is extremely honest, friendly and thorough and went above and beyond for us to ensure our vehicle was properly serviced when we were sold a lemon from a nearby dealership. The shop is truly exceptional and I'll recommend to my friends and family.
Took my Tesla Model Y here for a Road Force Balance on my winter tires. Highly recommended. Terry walked me through the balance report and now my car feels buttery smooth. Highly recommended to do a road force balance here, especially if you have an EV.
I Brought in my 2006 Subaru with a major coolant leak. My previous mechanic moved out of my neighbourhood so I decided to give Skyline a try. Terry was very friendly, helpful and informative. He presented me with all of my options and quoted reasonable prices for the work. The job was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Terry and his crew and am now a new regular customer.

This place is AMAZING - they are HONEST, CARING and will go WELL OUT OF THEIR WAY to help you in any way they can. I happened to be nearby at another business when my engine suddenly experienced a freak coolant overflow. Because it was an unexpected emergency, we ran to Skyline Automotive next door to see if there was anything they could do to help or to advise in fixing the problem on the spot. Terry arranged for the car to be brought over right then and not only did they perform a pressure test on the radiator to diagnose the problem, but when they found that it was not damaged (as had been feared,) they then went out of their way to fill the tank back up with fresh coolant AND cleaned the old, spilled coolant from the engine. And get this - they did this ALL FREE OF CHARGE!! As a woman, I'm often weary of repair shops because I have sadly been ripped off and taken advantage of before. So not only did they treat me with incredible courtesy by taking my car in right away as an emergency repair, but they *didn't even charge me* for the service they provided, stating that they were glad to be able to help me out in such unforeseen circumstances. THANK YOU SO MUCH SKYLINE, for treating me not just *fairly*, but *extremely well* - you saved me time, money, stress, anxiety and ultimately enabled me the immediate use of my car again so that I didn't have to miss a business day without it. I will be sure to come back for ALL my future car needs because of your kindness and exceptional customer service!!!
