I sent my car to Steve twice this year. Both times he took the time to explain to me and my husband what happened to my car and what they needed to do to fix it in very clear language. When we picked up the car, it was exactly the same as it was before the accident. We appreciate his thorough and honest work. Highly recommended.
I like to start with the worse experience ever I had an accident took it to this place and Steve was who “ help “ me. I took it because a friend referred me to it and I went agains my insurance suggestion which it was my fault. Not to make story long they took over six weeks to fix it. The parts could of been found around the corner is a ram 2 they replace my suspension with used parts and installed it wrong. Hood was not aligned and the details that I would think make sense they didn’t do it. I came to pick my van and the front tire where it was hit was uneven and not matching with the other side Steve convinced me it was not and I drove it away to find the steering wheel was off by a lot. Took it back 4 times before he blame of my driving that the tired was unaligned. I took it to the dealership and Canadian tired and both said on paper it was not done correctly. Stay away from this place for any repairs I had the worse experience and they are not even BBB approved fyi .
I’m not a customer, but their business neighbour couple of doors down. I randomly called to ask for some help and they were super nice helping me when it doesn’t benefit them at all just takes their time. Shows how well they treat people If unfortunately I need to do any repairs on my cars this would be my first shop to reach out to
Steve did repairs on my car in a timely fashion and helped with car rentals as well. I was provided updates on when parts arrived, ETAs and let me know when the car was ready for pickup. 10/10 great service and my car has been working in shape so far. Thank you Paint-A-Car Collision! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had an accident with my accura and insurance company suggested this place. Peter went thru the process, took time to explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. Throughout the repair process, he kept me updated with parts availability and other things. When I got my car back, it was nicely done. You can't notice anything about repair. Charges were reasonable with the service and assurance you get.
I receive extraordinary service every time I go to this shop. Everyone here is nice and professional. I strongly recommend this place for any kind of repair and paint job.
