I’ve been going to Nextune for years now with my old Corolla, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car except Faid Bhai. He’s one of those rare mechanics who actually cares about your car as if it’s his own. Every time I take my car in, he takes the time to explain what’s wrong in simple words and never tries to push unnecessary repairs. What I appreciate the most is how reasonable his prices are compared to so many other shops. You know you’re getting honest work done without being overcharged. On top of that, the quality of his work speaks for itself—my Corolla is still running smoothly after all these years thanks to his regular maintenance and attention to detail. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, but with Faid Bhai and Nextune, I have complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and fair with pricing, I can’t recommend him enough.

I recently bought a used car and the A/C stopped working during the 30 day warranty, so I brought the car here, at the request of my car dealer. This was his mechanic. I live in Welland, which is at least a 90 min drive away, so it wasn't easy for me to get into this shop. The mechanic told me that my air filter needed changing and that that would fix the problem. He showed me the dirty filter and I could see that what he was saying was true, but his explanation of what was happening didn't seem to address the symptoms that I had been living with before coming to him and I was concerned that such a small change wasn't going to fix the problem and then I would have to drive back again in the future, or worse yet, be left with a big bill myself, since the 30 day warranty period was now over. I'm sad to say that he brushed my concerns aside and when I continued to push him to please dig deeper, he got offended with me for telling him how to do his job. Now, to his credit, the problem with the A/C does appear to be fixed, (which is why I gave him the extra star, rather than leaving the lowest possible score), but it's only been a week, so we'll have to see. One thing that I did notice right away though is that the A/C was WAY louder than usual after he changed the filter. The change was immediate and drastic, so I knew that it had something to do with the work that he had done. When I contacted him to please fix it though, he was still offended with me and refused to see me saying that my car wasn't welcome at his shop. Beware - this mechanic shop doesn't listen to customers concerns, nor do they stand behind their work. UPDATE: As of September 1st (less than one month after they "fixed" it on August 5th) my air conditioner is now blowing hot air continuously, so I was right and his simple fix didn't fix the problem at all and now I'm stuck with having to pay to fix it myself. So I've downgraded them to one star.
Honest, immensely respectful and truly professional. Thank you Faid for your amazing service. I had a new transmission and starter installed. My car runs smoothly now and most importantly the AC is finally fixed. I’d recommend Nextune to anyone who owns a car. Faid you truly are the BEST!

Hands down to Han!!! I had honestly lost trust in many mechanics after years of trying different shops and seeing all the ways my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of.
