Booked an appointment for snow tires installation. Price is within the expected range. The car got in and out in about half an hour, and the work is good. Had oil change there before, and the experience was also good, no complaint so far.

Bad service. I was trying to repair my air conditioner. They lied to me saying that the cooler is not a recalled part but actually it is recalled. They charged me about 500 for just checking. I went to dealer to actually repair it FOR FREE.

Currently live in Ottawa, brakes needed to be looked at on my vehicle but unfortunately had a death in the family that required me to travel to the GTA on short notice. During my drive down my back right brake started to seize. Contacted midas on Saturday night before closing and was able to be booked in for Monday morning. I was shocked with how accommodating they were on such short notice. As explained my car was fully repaired in the given time frame and I was able to continue on my way. Big shoutout to Franko for making the entire process extremely smooth. Highly recommend this location.
I am really pleased to deal with this branch. It was my first time and I was so frustrated by the high expenses of fixing the car and also by the different diagnosis of different places. But Franco was so polite and understanding my situation. He was so patient and polite. He tried to explain everything. Had an appointment at 9:30 for and oil and air filter change on my dads dodge grand caravan and the service was amazing. Franco the owner, was very polite and respectful and had the job done in a quick and professional manner (i was in a rush for work). Very pleased and will definately be back again. I reccomend these guys.
