I’m very disappointed with my experience. I called to book an appointment for an oil change, and they were nice enough to schedule me for the next morning. However, when I arrived, the person at the counter asked for my vehicle information and said he couldn’t find the oil filter type for my car. He told me he didn’t feel safe working on it and suggested I check with the mechanic next door. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I had already provided my vehicle details over the phone when booking the appointment, and no one mentioned any issues then. My car is a 2008 Mercedes-Benz E300—not exactly a rare or exotic vehicle. This experience shows a lack of both mechanical knowledge and proper customer service. I will not be returning.
If you are looking for a mechanic with integrity go see Sami! I came in with my Mazda that sounds like a Ferrari today. Sami hoisted it up, told me upfront what he can do and what he can’t do and what my best option was. Honest, genuine, professional and knowledgeable with absolute integrity. Like anyone, I hope not to have a lot of car issues but I know where I’ll be back when I will need something done. If a 10-star option would exist, this shop deserves it!
Probably the longest I’ve ever waited for anything.. I got an oil change done & it too well over an hour, I also got a coolant hose replaced which took 3 hours… when I spoke to the guy every single time he wanted to break down the cost it was labour for the hour which an oil change takes no where near an hour & like wise for replacement of a coolant hose. The only thing that had to get outsourced was the oil which on the phone I was told only takes 10mins to get from down the street… I could of gone to JiffyLube & got it done in 15-20mins in my car or across the street to Speedyauto which has taken them approx 30mins to do before. Keeping my car hostage to explain higher than normal prices is a little ridiculous.. and for the coolant hose it usually takes about 30-50mins to do from the place I normally go to -independent automotive in streetsville. The job did get done though which is why I can’t give it a 1 star. I don’t know how the business gets ran though if they take this long to do 2 things to a single vehicle. I highly suggest you visit ANY other shop I listed here. The other much faster oil change places are literally on the same street. Drove my car home right after the appointment & the next day when I started it up I had NO oil in my car……. The excuse I was told that the recommended oil was added & when the car cycled the oil it all disappeared Went from full to below minimum - I even added oil before I went to the shop & it said I still had below minimum oil which would leave me to believe that NO oil was ever put in the car. Also just going to get the oil topped up took 20mins & they also overfilled it which caused some white smoke to come from the tailpipe…. NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP or go ahead if you want problems, a long wait time, and to get over charged. :) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Took our truck in to switch out the winter tires - turns out the summer tires need replacing. I have bought many tires in my years, but am truly impressed that Steven not only recommended a tire, but was able (and patient enough) to answer my many questions on these (dry vs wet stopping distance rating, noise, etc. etc.). Very helpful - what we all want and need - someone we can trust
I took my car in today to have my struts and breaks replaced. They made sure everything was tight. The technicians were very friendly. Excellent service and reasonable priced. I'm really satisfied with their work and will be bringing my car back soon to get my A/C serviced.
