Nice to have an attentive and honest shop so close. Maxwell Auto has great customer service and does their best to be transparent with it's customers vehicles.
Amazing place and really helpful. They've taken me in during emergencies or last minute (flat tire, broken window, sudden light flashes etc) and life savers. They're close to work and punctual on phone calls and keeping you updated on what's happening with your car. Lots of parking space in the area but they may park your car in the street road when work is done so fyi in case that bugs you. Pre-2020 - They had a service to drop off you in the local area but I don't know if they still do that. Pricing is fair. Honest folks.
Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Mechanics do a great job and let you know if there is something that may need to be done at your next appointment. Cost is very reasonable
This is a great place to entrust your vehicle repairs with. The staff is knowledgeable and will have you up and running within a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend.

Cheap material used for brake pads/ brake rotors. Very poor service quality. Spent over $1100 for replacing rotors and pads, rear pads/rotors were diagnosed by authorized service center in 7 months from the date of install and were found to be miserably deteriorated. The vehicle was taken to Maxwell just to receive another quote for replacement of rear rotors and brake pads which was another $500. I denied replacement as I preferred to this done by authorized service center going forward. I still offered business to Maxwell by ordering few other services and I was charged for services not ordered. This service center is a complete rip off. If you’re looking for reliable and cost effective service, never go to Maxwell. One star is an overrating because I haven’t got an option to negative, I would’ve put negative five. Do not waste your hard earned money to poor quality service by Maxwell. Please take this warning seriously.
When it comes to quality and professionalism, Maxwell is the place to go. When my engine light was constantly on not even Mazda dealership was able to fix it only Sean's team was able to address the problem.
