Excellent customer service, I bought a Chevrolet pickup truck from this shop, the price was very reasonable and cheaper than the market, even competitive with the market, and I sold my car in the same shop and they gave me a very reasonable price, the truth is they were very honest with me, especially when repairing my car, and I am grateful to this shop and I advise everyone to deal with them
Don't go there. You will be deceived. They are not up to diagnose issues. They apply trial and error to figure out what the problem is, charging you for parts and labor for each failed trial. They were only able to fix a simple and normal issue in the third visit/trial. Triple the cost, triple the time.
On 401, heard a dull thumping, pulled off and Hyundai dealership closed so drove to this place. I had loose bolt on my tire unbeknownst to me. Gary, Will and Andrew had my car on a hoist and checked everything out, tightened all wheels and I was on my way in 20 min. Thanks!
This is my go to Mechanic shop. They are very professional and very truthful. They let you know whatever happens to your car and deal with it in a timely manner. They have been my number 1 since 2018. They also have fantastic customer service . I recommend them any day anytime
I had a strange screeching sound thinking engine related. They test drove and hoisted the vehicle to find a piece of broken plastic from the right front wheel well cowl at the front. No charge. Wow! Mentioned something else that should get replaced when I have time ,with a reasonable price. We’ll definitely call on them again. Nothing like honest good service!
Went here for an oil change several months ago, thought I'd give the place a try. I was due up for another oil change and decided to go to one of those "drive through" stations since I was pressed for time. They could not remove the oil drain bolt as the previous mechanic (Master Mechanic) had over tightened it. They could not perform the oil change on the risk that they'd damage the oil pan in the process, which would result in a repair they cannot perform. So I went to my regular mechanic and after 30 minutes of greasing and using all sorts of tools he was able to remove it. He said I was lucky he was able to remove it without damaging the pan. Will never go back to this location again - if they cannot get an oil change right, the most basic of car maintenance procedures, I worry if they can get other more extensive repairs done properly at all.
