This was my first and definitely not my last time going to Larry's. The staff was beyond kind and knowledgeable. The receptionist, Ronaldo, squeezed me in with such late notice. They were transparent about the cost, and pricing was fair. What stood out the most was the staff's respect towards their customers. As a young girl, finding an auto shop that won't take advantage of you is crucial. I am beyond happy with my experience at Larry's Auto. I highly recommend it.
Larry and his team provided exceptional, professional diagnostics and workmanship. Larry went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be returning to Larry for any future Auto requirements.
Don't go there. I wanted help with my Bobcat tire. The front guy said: maybe we can do, maybe we can not. Leave this tire and will see, I call you tomorrow. I go to another shop. This guy already knew it's Bobcat tire. How much? 30$ How long? 30 min. Done! Anyone, but not Larry
Amazing service they fix my differential in my f350 truck and they did everything like they say it was fast and on time like they said they would. It was on time when I need it I was leaving Canada going to Detroit MI we got there on time and all good I highly recommend it we travel with the Royal Canadian Circus and we visit many cities and for sure we we would go see Larrys shop
I had Larry’s auto done some work on my work truck just before Christmas. The front and back break job cost me 2000 in labour only which I didn’t mind paying. After the work was done truck had engine light on. Called Larry, he wanted more money to do the scan. I decided to leave it. Until last week my truck fully stopped in a middle of road. Called the mobile mechanic which cost me another 700. He found that one of the vacuum line was disconnected. Called Larry to inform him of what has happened. He agreed that it’s possible that his guys might have mistakenly pulled the line. He said I won’t be reimbursing you 700 but I can compensate you towards future work required on truck. He suggested I have a problem with my power steering pump and if I buy the pump he will get his guys to put it in for me at no charge as a way of compensation. Cost of replacing power steering pump is around 350 but still I agreed because I didn’t wanna nickel and dime . We made the appointment for FEB 11 at 1:30 .. upon arrival he changed his story and now wants more money to put in the pump. New story goes this way“ I will only compensate you for an hour labour”. I asked him to stick to his worlds .. he Denys and became aggressive. I told him I will be expressing my frustration online which in response he said “GO AHEAD”. Clearly Larry doesn’t care about his reputation online. He also said I will deny you as my customer since you paid 2000 in cash. I suggest everyone to stay away from these scammers. Their techs will cause bunch of other problems in your vehicle and Larry will not own up to it. stay away.
I had agreat experience with Larry. Very friendly guy and doesn’t beat around the bush. I brought my truck in at the end of the day and by 10:30 the next morning he gave me a run down on what the issue was and how much it would cost. By about 3:30 that day it was completed and ready to pick up. He also had quotes ready fo anything else he saw that may he needed to be fixed but was not pushy about me doing them. He just did it as a courtesy, no obligations. I was very impressed with the speed he was able to diagnose and fix and will definitely be back! If you’re wondering what he did on my truck, he replaced the back brake rotors and pads, as well and fixing my seized parking break.
Great customer service every time, I trust these guys to work on my jeep wrangler JK. Larry always explains whats happening along the way. They have the right tools and knowledge for the job. I do alot of overland / offroad camping with my jeep which leads to frequent maintenance, at Larrys they always try to have my vehicle ready the same day I dropped it off. I put 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices are little more than usual shops in the industry but hey i guess thats the prices if your paying for the best guys on the job. If you have a 4x4 truck or any other vehicle ask for my buddy Pat to work on your rig, he knows his stuff and will treat your ride with honest respect and kindness.
