The owner/staff was very rude. I was pulling the car in front of the garage door (there is no other vehicle inside), waiting to enter. The owner came out and shouted me not to block the door. I told him I called in advance to get the tires changed. Still he told me not to interfere his business. Very rude and I will never spend any money there.
I got here in tears with something broken on my car and it was fixed within ten minutes. I really recommend this centre. I am always going to come here for everything for my car.
This guy is just a thief. Expect your vehicle to be worse than the time you bring it to his shop. After taking my car to KC Auto, my car got new problems that never had before this thief touched it. Any mechanic in Canada is better than him. Don't create problem and headache for yourself, just go to another mechanic shop. I was also considering to take him to the court, but it is just a headache. I wish could gave him negative star rather than 1 star.
