Lady on the phone was extremely rude. She had no idea what she was talking about. I am stranded in Mississauga (at the hotel down the street), my car only needs a new thermostat so it wont over heat so i can get home. 1 hour job. She didn't even bother to ask what type of car! No empathy just straight rude!
To be honest, I haven't had a problem with Jack. He always changes the oil in my car. and other things if I need them. And the price is reasonable. I know it for more than 3 years. everyone has their own experiences and gives their opinions. Thanks
I have been to JP auto a few times with my previous car. Today I took my Odyssey as well for a regular service and a minor repair. As always, Jack did the work as needed with utmost care, within the agreed time, and of course with reasonable price. Highlight is that, there is no up-selling at JP auto. I strongly recommend JP auto for Honda and Acura owners. Best place and top notch service. Keep going Jack. I give double 5stars.
I've become a regular customer at Jack's and am now recommending him to my close contacts based on my positive experiences. He focuses on what needs to be done without any "upsell" of stuff that isn't really needed which I have experienced at many other places. It's hard to find mechanics who are as honest and reliable as Jack.
Professional, clean, organized - I just switched my winter wheels to the summer ones and they did it the "right" way! I mean, used torque wrench, air pressure checked and fixed, not like others which asked me five dollars more if I want the torque wrench...! I will definitely go there from now on for oil change and any other things I have to fix.
Stuck with a flat tire while staying in Brampton for a hockey tournament! After horrible customer service at Canadian Tire, I called Jack who was nice enough to get us in right away and fixed so we could get home safely! Thank you for your help!!
