We went in for a vehicle inspection today, and I’m so glad I chose this auto shop recommended by a friend. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process was smooth and quick, with no hidden fees at all. Everything was clearly explained, and the pricing was very fair and transparent. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service , I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend this place!

Here for oil change they charge about 20%-30% more than other auto service stores, while they only accept cash and other stores accept cards and provide receipts. The oil filters they replaced into my car was also the cheapest I could see (less than 1 dollar). Not recommended.
I highly recommend HPower to everyone, with full appreciation and admiration. EE Auto, of which I had been a customer for five years, recommended HPower to me, as the former didn't have the capacity to handle transmission related issues. I suspected there was transmission issue with my car because there was cracking noise when I pushed the gas paddle slightly in low gear but disappeared when the gear got up. They had a technician sit in my car with me to let me drive and show the noise to him. Then they lifted the car to check its status. And lastly they drove the car themselves again. When they were back, the technician asked me what grade of gas I was using. I used 87 and that was the problem. I refilled with 91 grade gas for two tanks afterwards, and the cracking noise disappeared for most of the time, although it did come back occasionally, which I think is caused by damage 87 grade gas caused. The point is, the technician was so knowledgeable and skillful that without any hint it was his first guess that I used the wrong gas grade. The whole process took around half an hour, during which time he showed full patience listening to my description, and that was it! The thing is, I've used 87 for more than 1 year, and the noise only appeared recently, so I never thought about it and thus not even a clue did I give him about this. That's why I came for the reason of transmission. Again, HPower's professionalism, technical acumen, and customer careness way exceeded my expecation.
