I have been taking my car to Haines garage for a few years … great prices , great service … recently I had a brake job done there and after a while I could feel some pulsating in the brake pedal when I applied the brakes , took it back to Haines and they resolved the issue at no charge. I am a satisfied customer?
Haines Auto is very fair and honest. They did great body work on my SUV that was scratched and dented. The price was very reasonable. They even fixed my reflector that had fallen in as an added bonus and left my car very clean after the service! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing body work.

My vehicle went there after being referred by my mechanic. The vehicle was in an accident and needed a whole new front including tire and rim. Betty was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Picked the car up and it looks and runs beautifully. Not to mention being fully detailed. The car is 10 years old and looks like it just left the showroom floor. Thanks to all!!!
My daughter's car started rattling loudly on New Year's Eve so she sensibly pulled over luckily very close to Haines auto. When I arrived she had already talked to the guys inside who gratefully said they would take a look even though they were closing early. They found the problem, showed us what was wrong and what needed repairing. The day after new years the car was fixed and at a very reasonable price. These guys are great! I am a firm believer in first impressions and the Haines team are first class!
I have been a long term customer with Haines. However,I have to tell the truth. Haines sucks.1. Charge me $100 for a VIN number check up. 2 repair my BMW due to a rear end acciendant, job quality is a disaster and Unbelievable bad.3.I did a safety test here and told me need to replace tires. In fact, I only have 45,000km on my car and just had a regular service with Subaru dealership and being told nothing wrong with the tires. Haines FORCED to replace the tires in order to get safety certificate.
