Dialed in to ask for a quote for Brake pad change and the owner said GO SHOP AROUND ELSEWHERE. Clearly their strategy is to get the car in and then hike the price, add extras for urgent care. Be wary of such scammers, every shop has its own rates but not quoting for basics like brake pad change, tire change is unprofessional.
I got water pump replaced there and paid $$$ for the job. Only drove the vehicle less than 40K KM, the pump just failed me and got leak. On average, a water pump can last 60,000- 100,000 miles easily (it is 96K-160K KM). Poor and lousy quality.
