Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I booked a tire change for $50. I asked for plastic bags to cover the old tires, and they said “okay” without mentioning a single word about extra charges. When the job was done, they suddenly demanded $55. Only then did they tell me the extra $5 was for the bags. When I asked why they didn’t tell me beforehand, they instantly got angry, as if I had no right to question them. I even said I was fine paying the $5, but there’s no excuse for hiding fees and then snapping at customers. Instead of explaining, they kept getting mad and treated me with complete disrespect. This place has zero professionalism and zero transparency.

Tires also stored with them. They always give good advice on cars and services required. Thank you guys and the whole team
We travel hours to go to them. Kern, Allan, David are amazing technicians. They always do their best to save you money...... actually try to fix things instead of just always replacing them. We have a busy HVAC company and they keep us running. They are If I could give a higher score I would.
Quoted me an insane price for fixing my vehicle and recommended fixes that were not necessary. Ended up getting it fixed somewhere else for significantly cheaper. Would not recommend
I didn't get what Allan promised, that those lighted Vsc traction, Brakes and Abs won't lights anymore for $80. And told me that's those warning lights are on and off that he can't check because of that. But the truth is when you start my car those warning lights right away. He lied. I just paid him for nothing s done in my car.
Went there 2 days ago to replace my brake pad and rotor. At first i thought the issue came from front brakes but after a test drive Alan pointed out that the real problem was the rear brake since the rotor plate surface were deteriorated badly. Knowing that I needed to go back to work, he quickly finished the replacement in less than 50mins with all proper installation. He quoted me fairly, gave good advice and save me money by avoiding unnecessary replacement. Honest mechanic and professional service. Definitely will come back if there is any needs in the future!
