I recently worked with Elvin at CSN Heartland for repairs on my Tesla, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was extremely helpful throughout the entire repair process. After the initial work was completed, I noticed a small dent in the quarter panel glass. I brought it to their attention, and they immediately acknowledged it was their responsibility. Without hesitation, they ordered the replacement part and made sure it was taken care of. Although coordinating the timing between myself and the glass technician took a little longer than expected, Elvin stayed in communication the entire time and ensured everything was handled properly. In the end, the repair was completed perfectly, and the customer service was outstanding. I genuinely appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and dedication shown by Elvin and the CSN Heartland team. Highly recommend!
Amazing service. Elwin is the best guy. Took my tesla model 3 and they fixed the damaged part and cleaned my car from both interior and exterior just like new.
