I had a problem with my audi, and I was paying a lot of money, and the dealership just foe scanning and checked the vehicle, and the problem was never . The worse mechanics I’ve been to. I normally don’t write a bad review, but this time I don’t want to keep my mouth shut. Alert - they don’t speak good English, especially the mechanic that serviced me, so it is hard to communicate with them. I dropped in there a month ago because the front half of the right rear fender flare of my 2016 Nissan Rouge dropped off due to scratching the wall on a right turn. My intent was to ask them to check and see how much would be the fix. The guy quickly acted on that and replaced a few plastic clips (retailed price around $10 for 15 clips) and in 5 minutes without asking for my permission to do his work. Then the mechanic told the office lady to charge me $40 then walked away, without addressing my questions. I asked the lady why it was that expensive and the lady just said it was the clips and the manual work. Apparently she did not know much about the specific works and all she needed to do was to process the transaction. To clarify, I not only thought they overcharge me, but also the service was done without my consent and minimal communication was delivered. I guess they might be more comfortable to serve people who can speak their local language because their overall Google review was not bad. But I want to be honest here and share a different perspective on this unpleasure interaction with them.
