I wish I had found this business years ago. What an honest mechanic and great human being. I had only serviced my car at the dealership then decided I would save money and go somewhere else. I took my car somewhere else and was charged for breaks, routers, an alternator replacement that the mechanic never really replaced. The car had the same noise so I took it to Claudio for a second opinion. Claudio told me the alternator was still the problem and told me to return to the first place I paid. The first mechanic tried to charge me for ten more problems but refused to cover the warranty even though the alternator was less than two weeks old. I did not trust the first guy who was very shady, so I decided to take the loss and just pay for the alternator with someone I trusted. I know 100% the first guy charged me but did not do the work! So, I just decided to pay Claudio who I trusted as honest. Claudio felt so bad for me that he only charged me for the part and did the labor for free. Proof that honest mechanics and good people still exist. Claudio even provided me with the alternator he took out as proof it was never replaced. May God bless this business
Just had break service done - fast, top quality parts, way less than the dealer! If you are looking for honest, hard-working mechanics... then these are your guys. I wish I found Claudio and his team years ago - I will be taking all my families vehicles to them from now on. Just behind the Clarkson Go station, near Tim Horton's. Highly recommended.
Brought my car to Caruso's after I suspected some issues/irregularities. Claudio initially took some time at the end of the day to take a look at my concerns and booked me in for some time to do a more in depth inspection. Shortly after, I received a call from Claudio outlining everything he looked at, the current condition of several parts in the vehicle, and any potential causes. The genuine kindness and concern for my vehicle from the team is what led me to take a chance at Caruso's. I appreciated the detailed explanation on what was done/looked at. These qualities seem to be a rarity these days so this is certainly a place I would recommend for your auto needs, and somewhere I will happily come back to myself.
