These guys had my vehicle with parts for a week and after me getting tired waiting on them to do nothing they really wanted to charge me 250 for a safety they did not do…eventually it was resolved but that is so crooked why would I pay for a safety when all I got was an inspection…makes no sense
I just wanted to say thank you to the guys at Carmen's for helping me check my brake fluid and topping it up for me as it the level was low. Keep up the good work. I will be back again in the future, and I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
Reliable and honest shop. Haven't been in the last little while, but every time I've gone with my old charger I've felt confident in the work done and the team working on it. If you're new to the area, I'd highly suggest making Carmen's your new shop for any auto work you need.

I had a fantastic experience here! My car was making a raspy sound while driving, and I was worried it might not be safe to continue. Despite arriving less than an hour before closing time, the team was incredibly kind and patient. They promptly checked my car and discovered a tiny rock stuck in the brake. Their professionalism and willingness to help even at the last minute were impressive. I highly recommend Carmen’s for their excellent service and friendly staff. Thank you so much!
