Bains Truck & Trailer is a very fraudulent business. They do not provide proper repairs, and always have low-quality work that fails. They overcharge multiple times and repeatedly replace things not asked for, alongside do not have trained or certified mechanics. If someone complains, they also ignore them and fail to listen. Furthermore, they do not provide adequate safety tests for trucks and trailers. I would give 0 or negative stars if possible based on the above.

Their work quality is excellent, and they always give honest advice. They are readily available, easy to reach, and open 24 hours, making them a great partner for our needs. Kulwamt and his team always take the time to answer any questions I may have, and provide me with options available from repair, replacements and also teach and explain every detail.
