Went to service my Audi there on saturday and the experience was awesome. Matthew Lewis was the phenomenal service advisor and he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the appointment. And it was a very quick and timely service with a car wash!! Thanks Matthew :)
Wish I could leave a zero, but car always clean and serviced. However got left for an hour in the rain while the shuttle got lost, ended up paying for an uber to retrieve my car, barely a sorry and no refund, nice service! Not going again, plenty of other Audi garages to pick from.
Beautiful building, interior and out. Employees are friendly. However, the location is terrible for test driving cars. Very busy streets with hard to access hwy.
Daniel Xiu is definitely my Audi guy. Pandemic low inventory and still managed to get me what I wanted with now delays and for the price I wanted. Post closing, follow up calls to assure that I understood everything pertaining to the vehicle. Great service.
