Very poor experience overall. Appointments were booked in advance, yet I was repeatedly kept waiting and sometimes told to come back another day. Pricing seemed high compared to the level of service provided. Communication was unprofessional at times. More concerning was a repair issue where the wrong bolt was installed during a fuel-related job, causing a continuous leak. This was later admitted as the part was meant for a different vehicle. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place for reliable or professional service.
Went here to check my transmission, was told it was low and that I needed to fix. Charged 130.00 for the work. When I went back to my mechanic he told me it was overflowed. Too much oil was put inside the transmission. When I called this company back about the issue I was told I don’t know anything. I don’t recommend anyone to go here. I was taken advantage of .
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this repair shop. The staff named Mohamed, often appears too busy to assist and was not helpful during my visit. I suggest looking elsewhere for reliable car repair services.
Called to check on my car which was being worked on, the owner was angry that I called him when it wasn't finished, never bringing my car here again, worst service I have received
Is always bouncing customer to customer. Never giving the right answer/diagonsis. Rude. Wasted 2 hours. I would 100% never suggest him to anyone. I had to go to Canadian tire to get my car fixed.
* * * * * 5 S T A R S * * * * * Nawaz is a very experienced and knowledgeable mechanic. He is very honest and trustworthy. I know several people have left bad reviews because a date or time was promised and then not fulfilled. When a car is being serviced or repaired, unforseen issues can be found that need to be fixed for safety. I have been going to him for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I may have had to wait longer on some days or reschedule, but that is normal. I have referred over 20 family and friends to him and they have all thanked me afterwards for the service they received.
Nawaz is very courteous and informative. He is a very knowledgeable and skilled mechanic. The most HONEST mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
