I definitely recommend this shop. My 2009 civic got hit, insurance wanted to total it and gave me an inflated estimate, claiming there is frame damage. Malik and Rahman from A One Auto gave me an honest inspection and quote, assured me there is no frame damage, and helped me fight my insurance and argue the repairability of the car. Because of them, I was able to avoid total loss and have the car repaired. Do NOT take your car to Car Star or another collision centre for appraisal. Always do it here. These guys are honest and will help you. They have honest prices and are willing to help you. They also facilitated my rental car for me. The repair itself was amazing. The damaged section looked brand new when they were done with it. I highly recommend
Big rip.off for safet certificate. Took my vehicle today to get safety done. Usually mechanics are know to rip off customers with unwanted fix knowing the car need safety certificate. I came here because I was recommened through another guy. I even made sure the tires were changed to winter tires and got my rear brakes changed before going there. Malik points out my rear rotors were pretty bad which would have happily replaced and got the safety done. Then he goes to say I have to change the front rotors and pads which was ridiculous because I checked the pads and rotors while changing the winter tires and they were pretty good and the pads were quite thick enough to.pass safety. Then he shakes the link in the front and said that needs to be changed too. When I said this is getting g too costly and indicated I may want to come back then he said we can do the links later but change the rotors and brakes pads . I was pressed for time and paid freaking $600 and got the safety done. I may have to call ministry and report this shop for manipulating customers to pass safety and charge for unwanted expense.
Goto this man's shop to see how much it costs with the machine to refill my ac. He then goes ahead on his own without my permission and fills my ac with the can from part source after I just replaced my rad and condenser. Then when I tell him I don't want those cans he tells me they are not the same . I have been working in the auto industry for a long time. I ain't stupid cause I am a girl disrespectful
I had a really frustrating experience with this garage. They charged me for a repair that was done incorrectly in the wrong location and was left unfinished. I had to take my car to another garage to get it fixed. I definitely wouldn't recommend their services.
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at A-One Auto Meadowvale Collision Centre. I visited the shop to inquire about new tire installation, and to my surprise, they began working on my car without my permission. When I refused to accept their high quote, they charged me for the diagnosis, and despite this, they were not ready to release my vehicle. I had no choice but to call the police for assistance, but unfortunately, they weren't able to help much either. This was a completely unprofessional and upsetting experience, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Be careful when you go to A One, those guys are cheats. The owner lies and becomes aggressive after been confronted. He insisted I changed 2 rotors, 2 sets of brake pads and install my caliper (I brought it). He made a turn around and sold me one rotor and installed only a set of brake pad and the caliper. Yet charged me full price without doing half the job. Note, the wheels still weren’t good after I left. That garage is a scam!!!
