Extremely disappointing experience at Unisync Public Safety Service Center on Airport Road. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no regard for customer service. During my visit, I was treated rudely and made to feel like my presence was an inconvenience rather than a customer who deserved basic respect. One staff member in particular—a short woman with blonde hair—was especially unprofessional, showing complete disregard for courtesy or assistance. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a service center. Customers expect professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help, none of which were demonstrated here. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location until they address their serious issues with staff behavior and customer service.
Quality of print is really bad, there is constant peeling of the letters after just 1 day of wearing it. Had to iron the letters back on myself which is not what i was expecting to do at all even after just a couple days
Went in and was measured for a pair of pants. The measurements were done incorrectly and made my pants too short. These pants costed $180. And staff there said they cannot refund or exchange the pants even though they are the ones who hemmed it incorrectly. Waste of money. Do not shop here. Staff is awful.
Poor customer service, extremely long wait times on orders- assuming I’ll get it eventually. Ordered a single pair of pants and one shirt in February that still hasn’t been fulfilled… tried calling on different days at various times, not a single person will pick up the phone, return a voicemail or email. I wouldn’t recommend having an online shop if you’re unwilling to send out the orders in a timely manner or even bother communicating with your customers. As a student who is trying to get their uniform for school, this is extremely frustrating. I’m out the money and almost two months later I’m still out the uniform all while being consistently ignored.

Store shuts down their operations before their listed closing time. Needed boots, was told to make an appointment. Can’t even use the website because all the boots needed say “out of stock.” Staff give you a brush off with “so sorry” Never seen a store scared of making money.
Useless company to deal with! Their onlne store isn't directly connected to their bricks and mortar store and that store doesn't return calls (Thank you "Mr. Operations Manager" for not bothering to follow up when your staff said you would). The online section verified a discount that would not show up even after verification.... makes me feel like I wouldn't risk my credit card number with this company. Confused lot in my humble opinion. *As a follow up to your reply Sir. When I did attempt to order the gloves, the discount could not be processed AGAIN and it was several more days before anyone bothered to follow up so , it was not addressed to anyones satisfaction which is actually why I posted this very negative review. It seems that your left hand knows not what your right hand is doing and you are also unaware of the the rest of the story after all this time. Kind of backs up why I feel your company needs some help. Best of luck with that.
