Positive experience overall. Staff is always super helpful during uniform fittings, really good about ad hoc last minute size exchanges and miscellaneous items such as spare buttons.
Horrible customer service. In general, nothing I ordered was sent on time. Received the brush off when asking when i would be receiving my order and where it was. Still waiting for my order almost 2 months after it was placed. Just ridiculous. Hopefully, my school board will finally switch suppliers soon
Got here from vaughan to return a sweater that’s defected the sleeve in double extra small doesn’t even fit my 5 year olds nieces wrist it’s so small. I watched them talk and ignore me so I approached them saying hi. And they said one min. They have about 6 employees working with no customers in store waiting to be attended, then told I didn’t have an apt great I realize that. But you gave me a defected hoodie with miniature wrist and you can see from the photo. Now I am in line and they tell me excuse me your standing in the wrong line. I am next at the counter and you wasted my half day to drive from Vaughan for your defect. You should be apologizing to me. Instead of lack of attention I am getting to your error. Thanks again for amazing service
Having to make an appointment, especially given how far away the store is from the school; the inconsistent sizing; and the long delivery times all make for an extremely frustrating customer experience.
Terrible!!!!, I bought my son's uniform through the website, on August 18, then I bought other things about the uniform, the last clothes I had bought began to arrive, but not the main purchase... after a long time complain, I told them to separate the purchase order and send the things they have, since they sold a product that they did not have in stock.!!!!.. I mean, if it is enabled on the page to buy, the logic is that they have the product in stock, at no time did they contact me to tell me that this product (sports pants) was not there, after much insistence I obtained the information, there they sent the first part of the purchase, and they told me that the stock would arrive on the 9th September. Yesterday, September 9, I asked when the pants would arrive, because they have the school seal, I am not interested in a refund, I need the product I bought, the answer was that they do not have it in stock yet!! They will send an email when this... I mean, should I wait 1 year!! Or however long they want?... they sold something they didn't have and they keep selling it, because it is available on the website for purchase... or are they still scamming? or for some other reason they have not sent the product.. Unusual!!!
I placed an order for 18 items. The gym clothing is horrible. The gym shorts have no lining and the school symbol, is pealing off after 1 wash/air dry (has not been worn). One of the gym shirts has a hole in the armpit, not along the seam (never washed or worn). The buttons on the shirts are so poorly stitched that they come off before even being taken out of the plastic packaging. Although previous years the clothing was made in Canada, it is now made in China and Bangladesh. The quality of the clothing has changed drastically while the prices are not any better. I give zero stars and recommend the school switch uniform providers. Big thumbs down!
We had a super awesome experience today! Vanessa was totally amazing and took great care of us ♥️ the fitting is by appointment only and the store was ? Covid ready. Bonus - there are French speaking individuals as well if required!! Would definitely recommend ?
