Went in about 3 weeks ago and it was too hot. I couldn’t believe it. My daughter couldn’t try on any sizes cause it was just too unsafe to be in that heat. It must have been over 40 degrees + in that building. Christine was amazing at helping in whatever way she could to accommodate us not being able to go inside. I can’t imagine working in those conditions. People should not be working in a place that unsafe. Very concerning.
They changed their shipping policy. It used to be if you bought an item in-store and if they didn’t have it they would ship it to your home for free. Now they charge $12.99 for shipping when it’s their fault for having low inventory. Crazy. I spent over $600 and they wanted to charge me shipping because I wanted 5 pants and they only had one!!!! Online you have to spend over $300 to save on shipping. So thanks for the info. Now that I know the sizes I will just order online and have their entire order sent to my door step free of charge. ***UPDATE*** August 2025 - I can't believe that in over 1 year, nothing at this store has improved - it actually got worse. As usual they have NO STOCK for pants - no sizes to try on. They have also changed the online login to wear you now need your school code to purchase. What a waste of time, so now I have to send an email or wait until they open to call and get that info. Why are things so difficult with this company?? I will petition my school to change suppliers, every year it is another mess.

Been a customer for a year now and the service is excellent. Size availability and communication on order status has been good. Staff is friendly and patient.
Delivery is extremely slow, you might place an order and not see it until the next semester, even for something simple. Avoid buying items without the school logo, as those are priced almost double. Prices are high but you have no option if you send your kids to private schools.
Any parent who has to deal with back to school shopping knows how frustrating it can be.The staff here, especially Maheen and Maddie who work at the Mississauga location are very professional, kind, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They know exactly what they’re doing, I didn't have to spend hours in the store which every parent dreads. They guided me well (in terms of sizes) and everything was delivered on time as promised. I even appreciated the fact that they made courtesy calls to check in or called immediately when the item(s) on back order arrived to their store. Their attention to detail is quite evident because they made sure I had all the right items before leaving. What an exceptional team!
