The customer service is ok but once you have a problem, they will just turn a blind eye on you. They are just booking agents who can do better search than other commercial sites available online, don't expect anything more than that. I had a very bad experience with them, they booked a ticket for me with a pre-reservation of seat, at the depart counter I came to know that its not free and I have to pay a significant amount. I called them up instantly, the booking agent told me that she will get back after talking to their manager. She never called back, I was forced to get the last available free seat (you can perfectly guess which seat that would be). After 7 days of my flight, she called back to enquire how was the flight. Really!!, do you want me to give honest answer? Last but not least, they have charged me a booking price, which is extra from the online available price (so its not cheaper also). From my past experience I can tell you that once the booking agent tells you that she will ask the manager and get back to you, be ready that things will not work out and you will be stuck in that situation. I am doubting now if there is actually a real manager in the office or they are just making it up. FYI - I am giving additional one star only for the patience of booking agent.

Please do not book with them. They cheat you. I booked the tickets without being informed that the bassinet seat will be charged. After booking i came to know and was forced to pay as my child was 5 months and tickets also booked. When asked for re-imbursement, they denied to pay.!! BIG CHEATERS!! NEVER EVER BOOK FLIGHT FROM THEM...
