I had a wonderful experience, got full assistance till the time my tickets got confirmed at cheaper price. I requested for last minute changes and got them done. I would definitely recommend global travels to all my friends and family.
They booked me flight to Frankfort and my flight got canceled because they didn’t know that travel documents can’t have 2 stops in Europe without visa, and they refused to give my money back
Highly unsatisfied with the customer service. I wanted to refund my ticket, but the travel agent would not respond to my requests in a timely manner. Did not seemed like he cared about my concerns either. This costed me my trip and vacation time. I will not be returning to this place and neither should you.
Called to ask about travel packages within Canada, the guy said no, and hung up while I was in the middle of asking if they have anything for Mexico. I thought the line may have dropped but no call back. Clearly didn’t care.
Staff is very friendly ,professional and helpful.They even offer help 24/7 like we were once stuck at airport with some issues they actively solved the problem .They guide their customers perfectly in advance I strongly recommend this travel agency for tours all around the world. It’s very good we booked 2 to 3 times our tickets and got very reasonable price so far I didn’t face any problem even in connecting flights so yah I m very satisfied with this agency staff is very cooperative that’s the main thing which should be necessary
