Avoid at all costs. Nash Travel is greedy and dishonest. Before Covid, I booked a trip with them to take my 90 year old mom to Havana. Then Covid hit. The hotel they had booked for me indicated that had issued a full ~$2500 refund to Nash Travel however, despite the situation with the Covid outbreak and it's disruptive effects, Nash Travel refused to refund my money and essentially stole $2500 from me without even offering a credit, citing the NO REFUNDS POLICY. So, buyer beward that these are the kind of people you would be dealing with if you were to book with them.
Larry Boldt is always very quick to respond with any request that I should have. Have now booked 2 trips with his help and am very pleased with the service.
