HARISH SHARMA IS A FULL TIME FRAUD AND RUDE PERSON The worst experience we had ! Fraudulent services, Zero customer service , utter disrespectful and ignorant behaviour , never book a flight from this agency , they think we are stupid calling then numerous times and they out us on hold as if we owe them money !
Like many have said, one of the worst places to get tickets from. Lack of response, poor customer service and overall lack of empathy. When your relatives ask you to get tickets for them - stay away from this place. Don’t trust any of the agents at this location. Go online or go somewhere else. Don’t even try to get a better price through them. Pay $50 more elsewhere. Trust Peoples reviews.
Poor service.. From last three days i am trying to contact them firstly they didn't pick up the call in case if they pick up they'll say hold for a minute and after holding for abt 10-15 minutes they hung up the call.. If you dont want to help the customers why you are sitting there.. leave your job and get someone else to work.. Company should take strict action.

A guy named Rahul, working at this place has given me worst experience with this Agency. Firstly, he Doesn't have manners to talk. I had my ticket Booked trough him of Air france and Air canada which eventually got cancelled because of Covid and now its been three months that i have been waiting for the refund of those tickets. No replies to messages and emails ever since, and if I could get hold of him somehow he keeps saying under process from last 90 days Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Person! Would never refer to anyone ever!
