Decent for renting U-Haul from, but for returning it they never discuss the procedure for key drop off and the hoops you need to jump through on the U-Haul mobile website (instructions were on the driver's sun visor). Make sure to give yourself at least 30 mins to go through the menu, take pictures of cleanliness, gas levels, and kilometres before dropping off the keys WITH the document they request on the box. Note: a smart phone is required to return the rental after hours and avoid being charged extra.
We just got back from our corporate retreat that we booked with OS Travel and the process was amazing. The staff was super friendly and made the whole thing so easy.
