This review/reccomendation is for a specific agent Amanda Blofield. My in-laws have been dealing with her for years on and kept urging us until we decided to give her a try for ourselves for the 1st time. How have we been booking tickets ourselves all these years her all along? I have no clue and it's been foolish. Cannot imagine not booking another trip/flight without her. From the start to finish top notch experience, valid questions and recommendations and travel advices. Answering all our silly and ridiculous questions promptly. Can't say about other agents or other locations, probably will never have to try them either to write about them. Thank you Amanda for making this so easy, fun and comfortable for us.

In store service was great. The customer service was awesome. However we were told some misinformation. We were never told we had to pick up our tickets at a flight centre. It was by chance my girlfriend went to another one to plan a trip with her mom. Also we were told that we had to choose our seats online the night before the trip, however we found out from the airline this could be done at anytime. Those two things could've gave us some issues. That's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars.

I had one of the best experiences. Derek Samchee went above and beyond to assist me when i was stranded in Asia because of the volcano eruption in Bali. There was 0 customer service with China Eastern and if it wasn't for Derek i would have been stuck and completely broke. I am so grateful i purchased through flight centre and had Derek to assist me before and during my 1 month trip. Definitely recommend this location and Derek :)!!
